We collect information necessary to provide our services, including professional contact details, CAD job parameters, and usage metrics. We do not sell user-generated designs or proprietary specifications to third parties.
3. Design Integrity
All CAD models generated within your workspace are your intellectual property. Our engineering kernel processes your parameters through an isolated worker environment to ensure zero cross-contamination of design assets.
4. Global Compliance
JewelryOS complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other global data protection standards. Users have the right to export or delete their design archives at any time.
5. Technical Security
We utilize AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted in SOC 2 Type II compliant data centers with multi-factor authentication enforced for all administrative access.
