1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the JewelryOS Platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Designed for professional jewelry enterprise, the Platform provides compute-heavy CAD generation and market analysis tools.
2. Compute & Usage
User accounts are provided under specific tier allotments (Studio, Professional, Enterprise). Unauthorized scraping, reverse-engineering of our parametric kernel, or excessive compute-abuse may result in immediate termination of access.
3. Intellectual Property
JewelryOS retains all rights to the underlying software kernel, Trend Intelligence algorithms, and Platform architecture. Users retain 100% ownership of the specific CAD files (STL/STEP) generated through their explicit parametric inputs.
4. Liability & Precision
While our engine provides high-precision outputs (up to 0.01mm), all CAD files should be verified by a manufacturing specialist before mass casting. JewelryOS is not liable for manufacturing defects resulting from user-provided parameters.
